摘要
对三种石墨材料与金属Cr17Ni2配对摩擦副的静摩擦系数进行了测试,测定了不同温度、载荷、润滑方式下的静摩擦系数.试验发现:温度对静摩擦系数的影响较小;油润滑条件下的静摩擦系数最小,于摩擦时的静摩擦系数次之,蒸馏水润滑时的静摩擦系数最大;静摩擦系数不是简单的随载荷的增加而减小.对不同润滑方式下静摩擦系数的变化进行了初步探讨.试验对重要场合下使用的摩擦副的选材和设计提供了重要依据,确定了合适的材料.
The static friction coefficients are measured under different temperature, load and lubrication condition for three kinds of graphite material with Cr17Ni2. It is found that temperaure has little effect on static friction coefficient. The static friction coefficient is the lowest under oil lubrication, the highest under distilled water lubrication. The static frication coefficient does not simply decrease with the increase of load. The change of static friction coefficent under different lubrication is discussed. The experiment provides basses for designing and choosing materials of friction couple under important condition.
