摘要 具有层状结构的硼酸是一种有良好润滑特性的固体润滑材料,特别是在氧化硼表面上,硼酸有很好的自润滑特性.本文以原子力显微镜为工具,对不同湿度环境下氧化硼表面上形成的硼酸进行研究,初步揭示了其纳米摩擦学特性. Because of its layered crystal structure, boric acid has been found to be lubricious. Nanscale tribological properties of boric acid were studied by using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). We mainly studied boric acid films formed on bulk boron oxide sb-strates in different humid air.
