摘要 研究了可用于降解农作物秸秆的纤维素酶高产菌的筛选方法,通过利用刚果红纤维素粉琼脂培养基以及滤纸条培养基进行初筛,然后以豆秸秆为发酵培养基进行复筛,筛选到分解纤维素能力较强的放线菌c4,并对其产酶条件进行研究。结果表明,碳源为6%豆秸粉,氮源为0.3%的硫酸铵,pH为6.0,接种量为15%,装瓶量为80 mL/250mL三角瓶,培养天数为7d时,在此培养条件下得到的酶活力最高。 This paper studied on the screening method to select the cellulase producing strains which can degrade crop stalks.An Actinomyces strain that can degrade cellulose efficietly named c4 was obtained by using the medium contained congo red,cellulose powder and agar and the filter medium for preliminary screening,and then bean stalks fermetation medium used for second selection.Enzyme production conditions were studied also.The results show that the highest enzyme activity can be obtained under the culture conditions of carbon source 6% bean stalk powder,nitrogen source 0.3% ammonium sulfate,pH 6.0,inoculum 15%,bottling capacity being 80 mL /250mL flask and cultured for 7 days.
