摘要
教育博士的培养目标是"研究型专业人员",要求学生具备宽广的专业基础知识、研究和解决问题的能力和良好的专业性向。为了实现这一目标,教育博士的课程设计应改善专业基础课程、加强选修课程、突出方法类课程和强调实践课程。教学上重视团队学习、探究教学、案例教学、田野教学和自主学习等多种方法的综合运用。同时健全考核制度,强调以专业绩效为导向的招生方式,完善学分制,规范学年要求,建立多维评价标准和主体,创新学位论文写作形式,以保障教育博士的培养质量。
The cultivating object of Doctor of Education is to develop "researching professionals".Starting from this point of view,the candidates are required to have broad professional basic knowledge,satisfactory capability for researching and solving problems,as well as potential professional capacity.To accomplish this object,the curriculum of Doctor of Education development should be designed for improving foundation courses,strengthening optional courses,focusing on research methodology,and leading to educational practice.Great importance should be attached to comprehensive approaches that include team learning,inquiry learning,case study,field study and self-regulated learning.Meanwhile,the measures should also be taken to perfect the appraisal system,to emphasize professional assessment guided enrollment pattern,to better the credit system,to standardize the yearly academic regulations,to build multi-dimensional evaluation criteria and subject,and to reform the dissertation writing organism,so that the quality of Doctor of Education can be guaranteed.
