小波包神经网络在数控机床故障诊断中的应用

摘要 为了能够提高数控机床故障诊断的正确率。提出了小波包模糊神经网络方法对数控机床进行故障诊断,也提出了小波包分析提取特征向量的程序,利用小波包分析可以获得数控机床的特征向量,应用模糊神经网络对数控机床进行故障诊断。利用小波包模糊神经网络对数控机床常见的8种故障进行了诊断,证明小波包神经网络进行故障诊断的有效性。 In order to improve the correctness of the numerical control machine, the wavelet package fuzzy neutral network was put forward. The extracting eigenvectors procedure based on wavelet package analysis was established. The eigenvectors of the numerical control machine could be acquired. And the fault diagnosis was executed by using fuzzy neutral network. The eight faults of the numerical control machine were diagnosed by using wavelet package fuzzy neutral network, and the effectiveness of this method was verified.
