摘要
分析了知识经济的特点及制造业面临的挑战和转变，讨论了面向知识经济的生产制造模式——虚拟一体化。提出了虚拟一体化制造企业所必须具备的３种竞争能力，并探讨了一种虚拟一体化产品开发的关系模型。最后，针对我国制造业现状，提出面向知识经济的几种虚拟一体化合作形式。
Based on the analyses of characteristics of knowledge economy and challenges of manufacturing,knowledge economy oriented manufacturing——an virtual organic whole is studied.Three kinds of competitive capabilities necessary for any manufacturing enterprise are put forward.A relational model for virtual product development is discussed in detail.In the end,according to the current state of manufacturing in our country,several kinds of knowledge economy oriented cooperation are presented too.
