摘要
研究了酒石酸美托洛尔与氯冉酸之间的荷移反应。确定了最佳的反应条件,建立了一种快速简便测定酒石酸美托洛尔的荷移分光光度法。实验表明,酒石酸美托洛尔与氯冉酸在乙醇介质中,室温条件下即可形成稳定的1∶1型荷移配合物,该配合物的最大吸收波长为528 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.92×10^3L·mol^-1·cm^-1。酒石酸美托洛尔的浓度在10~360 mg/L范围内服从比尔定律,相关系数r=0.999 7。相对标准偏差为0.66%(n=6),回收率为99.7%~102.4%。
The charge transfer reaction between metoprolol tartrate and chloranilic acid was investigated by spectrophotometry.The experimental optimum conditions were established,and a simple and rapid method for determination of metoprolol tartrate had been developed.Results showed that the composition ratio of charge transfer complex was 1∶1 in ethanol solution at room temperature.The apparent molar absorptivity of complex was 1.92×10^3 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 at 528 nm.The Beer′s Law was obeyed in the range of 10~360 mg/L of metoprolol tartrate with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 7.The relative standard deviation was 0.66%(n=6).The recovery was 99.7%~102.4%.
