紫甘薯天然色素的提取及对真丝染色性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 探讨了紫甘薯色素的最佳提取条件、色素的稳定性以及对真丝织物不同媒染剂的染色性能,得出较优提取工艺参数为:以V(0.5%盐酸)∶V(65%乙醇)=1∶1作混合提取剂,料液比1∶20、80℃提取120min.试验数据表明:紫甘薯色素在pH≤4的酸性条件下热稳定性较好.同时,紫甘薯天然染料经媒染剂染色的表观得色量均大于直接染色.媒染真丝织物的色牢度要好于直接染色. The optimal extraction of purple sweet potato process, the dyestuff stability and mordant dyeing ability to silk fabric were investigated.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: taking mixture of 0.5% HCI and 65% ethanol [V(0.5% HCI):V(65% ethanol)=1:1] as extractant, materialsolvent ratio was 1:20, extracted at 80℃ for 120 min. The experiments results indicated that the thermal stability of the purple sweet potato stuff was good in pH ≤4 of acid condition. Meanwhile the appearance color yield of fabric mordant dyed with purple sweet potato natural dye was higher than that of direct dyed fabric. And the color fastness of mordant dyed silk fabric was better than direct dyed fabric.
