摘要
运用文献资料法和归纳分析法,在回顾高校体育素质教育研究的基础上,预测高校体育素质教育的发展趋势。高校体育素质教育现状并不理想,主要原因是由于各种因素的限制,造成高校开展体育活动有限,没有形成浓厚的体育活动氛围。广泛开展小群体形式的体育活动,以各种体育比赛为突破口,吸引学生参与体育运动。
Using methods of literature review and generalization and through a retrospect of researches on sports quality education, the thesis predicts the developing trend of sports quality education in colleges and universities. The current situation is not so satisfactory due to the limited sports activities and a lack of atmosphere of sports activities. The author holds that we should encourage students to participate in sports by organizing sports activities in small groups and by organizing various sports games.
