摘要
为研究在秸秆覆盖条件下,不同土壤含水量下限对枸杞的生长和水分生理特征的影响,以宁杞1号为研究对象,设置不同的土壤水分下限控制值,分别定期测定各处理植株新梢生长量、株高和地径,测定叶片的持水力和光合作用日变化等生理指标。结果表明,土壤水分下限控制在田间最大持水量的60%~70%有利于枸杞的生长,其新稍生长量、地径和株高增加普遍显著好于其他处理,枸杞的相对含水量、饱和亏与持水力、平均净光合速率等生理状况优于其他处理,有利于在干旱环境下保持正常生长,这为景电灌区枸杞的节水和栽培提供了参考。
In order to study the effects of different soil moisture on water physiological characteristics and growth of Chinese wolfberry under straw mulching,Ningqi No.1 was used as material studied,different soil water counter were set and controlled,the shoot growth,plant height,ground diameter,retention ability of blades,diurnal changes of photosynthesis and yield were measured.The results showed that the vegetative growth,shoot growth,plant height,ground diameter were better when soil water counter was controlled 60%~70% of maximum field capacity,and drought-resistant ability of Chinese wolfberry was improved.
