摘要
通过对南方地区医疗人才培养与社会需求状况的调研,从政府、用人单位及医学生个人三个层面,分析了形成总需求未满足而毕业生难求职这一现状的原因。认为医学院校除适时调整医学专业外,应从战略高度抓好在校生和在职医生的素质教育,以适应卫生事业发展的需要。同时提出了政策倾斜、调整规模、基层服务、在职培训及测评录用等设想,供政府部门和用人单位作参考,也为卫生事业的有序发展提供了信息和思路。
For adapting the cultivation of health service professionals to social needs, educational researches, pedagogical methods, basic curricula and continuous education contents need to be readjusted so as to: synchronize and parallel the cultivation, training practices and outlooks with diversified social meeds reflected in economic data as well as general and specific statistic information, which are now far more developed than just a few years ago; shift from ever greater complexity with continually escalating costs to higher quality with affordable or lower costs; theoretically keep up with the developmental situation of medical sciences and technologies to enable health care services to correctly and precisely select and concentrate on those interventions which will cost - efficiently and effectively treat and reduce the leading causes of morbidity and mortality; teach theories, knowledges, techniques and skills required for all types of health service professionals to ensure that health service systems are effective at every level, local GP, community services, general and teaching hospitals.
