摘要
住院医师与临床研究生临床能力的培养是一项重要工作,但存在着一些问题:由于培养模式与要求不同,临床医学研究生临床实践相对较少,实际工作能力较低;临床医师虽部分建立了导师制,但对临床医师其要求不甚严格;临床医师“轮转”存在走过场现象;“考研热”对临床医师连贯性培养有冲击;职务晋升因素对临床实践能力有一定影响;大量进修人员分流了临床工作量。对此,应增强对年轻医师临床能力培养意识;采取集中考核与平时业绩考核相结合的方法;注重“轮转”考核;实行专业学位制势在必行;临床能力培养应与人事制度改革相配套。
Young physicians and clinical medical postgraduates, after acquiring theoretical knowledge in classrooms and in - service training courses, have to : do day - to - day clinical work through efforts in combining theory with practice so that the treatment is well individualized ; better and better master and apply the basic tenets, working routines, techniques and skills through working closely with other members of the staff; seriously study related technologies and detailed operation sequences o( equipments via training in rotation in specialized divisions and units; under tutors' guidance, participate in practice of innovating and developing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by evaluation and developing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by evaluation and implementation of new and emerging scientific progress; work with dedication, diligence and compassion , providing attention and care that encourages optimal healing.
