摘要
根据陕西某铁矿石的特性,对原矿采用预先抛尾选矿试验,结果表明:原矿破碎至-12 mm,先经磁滑轮选别,抛弃产率为22.67%的废石,其中磁性铁损失率仅为4.42%左右,提高了入磨矿石的品位,磁性产品再经多段磨矿多段选别,得到符合委托方要求的铁精矿(TFe≥62%)。所得铁精矿产率23.41%,TFe品位为62.95%、TFe回收率为72.09%;其中MFe回收率为94.26%。
According to the minerals characteristics of an iron ore in Shaanxi province,the test of pre-discarding tailings was carried out.The results showed that 22.67% tailings in which MFe content was 4.42% were discarded by crushing to-12mm and magnetic pulley for the raw ore.Thus the ore grade of grinding stage was increased.Multi-stage grinding and separations were proceeded for the magnetic products,and the iron concentration which meet the need of the entrusting party was obtained.The yield of the iron concentration was 23.41%,and the iron grade of iron concentrate was 62.95% with the recovery of TFe 72.09% and MFe 94.26%.
