摘要
以聚醚醇胺硅油(PAPS)和马来酸酐(MA)为原料,对甲苯磺酸(PTSA)为催化剂,90℃下反应4.5h,制备得到有机硅琥珀酸酯PMPS。将其与硫酸化牛蹄油、亚硫酸化鱼油复配,制备得到以PMPS为主要组分的皮革加脂剂CPMPS。采用纳米激光粒度仪测定其平均粒径为62.65 nm,并对该加脂剂的制备原理和应用性能进行了探讨,从加脂革的组织结构、理化指标分析等验证了CPMPS皮革加脂剂具有良好的加脂效果。
The silicone succinate polyether(PMPS) was synthesized by alcohol amine modified polysilosane(PAPS) and maleic anhydride(MA) as the raw materials,and p-toluenesulfonic acid was used as the catalyst,at 90℃ for 4.5h.Sulfated neatsfoot oil,oxidized-sulfited fish oil were combinated with PMPS to prepare a new leather fatliqour(CPMPS) composed mainly of PMPS.Laser particle size analyser showed that the average grain size of fatliquor emulsion was 62.65nm,the preparation mechanism and properties of CPMPS were investigated,the physical and chemical indexes of leather after fatliquoring indicated that the CPMPS fatliquor had good fatliquoring effect.
