摘要
丝状真菌在化学、医药和工业酶制剂等领域具有广泛的应用。提高丝状真菌的生产能力一直是真菌遗传改良的最终目标。随着现代分子生物学的发展,基于DNA水平和RNA水平的分子遗传操作技术被引入到真菌遗传改良之中,部分丝状真菌的生产能力得到了大幅度的提高,但是目前仍然无法对大量具有重要经济价值的真菌进行分子改良,主要原因之一是缺乏相应的转基因方法。本文综述了目前应用于真菌的转基因方法,以及利用这些方法在DNA水平和RNA水平上改良丝状真菌的最新研究进展。
Filamentous fungi are widely used in the fields of chemicals, medicine and industrial enzymes. Improving the productivity of filamentous fungi has been a long-term goal of fungi genetic improvement. With the development of modern molecular biology, genetic manipulation, both on the DNA-level and RNA-level, has been introduced into the improvement of filamentous fungi and the yields of some species have substantially been increased. However, a large amount of filamentous fungi with potential commercial value can not be genetically modified yet due to current deficiency in transgenic approaches. In this review, current transgenic approaches of filamentous fungi and their applications are summarized and discussed.
