白细胞介素6在早产胎膜早破孕妇血清及胎膜组织中的表达 被引量：12

摘要 目的探讨白细胞介素６（ＩＬ６）在早产胎膜早破孕妇血清中的水平及其在胎膜组织中的表达与早产胎膜早破的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法和免疫组化方法，对３０例早产胎膜早破孕妇（１４例为早产１组，即有中、重度绒毛膜羊膜炎者；１６例为早产２组，即无中、重度绒毛膜羊膜炎者）和２０例正常孕妇（对照组）血清中ＩＬ６水平及胎膜组织中ＩＬ６蛋白表达进行检测。结果早产１组孕妇血清中ＩＬ６水平明显高于其他两组，差异均有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）；早产１组、早产２组及对照组ＩＬ６分别为１５５．１７ｎｇ／Ｌ、７９．１１ｎｇ／Ｌ及７０．１５ｎｇ／Ｌ。早产两组的胎膜组织中，有绒毛膜羊膜炎者，在绒毛膜层有较多的ＩＬ６蛋白表达，在侵入绒毛膜的炎性细胞胞浆中，ＩＬ６表达更明显。结论ＩＬ６与感染引起的早产有关。
