摘要
采用“非零”变位原理设计等高齿曲齿锥齿轮,克服了传统设计方法中的许多限制条件,能够实现传统的设计方法所不能实现的传动要求。理论分析说明:运用“非零”变位原理,在Oerlikon齿形制上应用,以求在同材质、同精度、同尺寸条件下,从设计上提高抗磨损性能和抗点蚀能力。
The principle of “Non-Zero” modification is adopted to design spiral bevel gear. It is not affected by several limits in traditional design method. In the design of Oerlikon gear, it can get pecular properties which can not be obtained in the design of traditional method. Some important steps have been done, program of optimizing is made to get the best parameter, it can be applied to all kink of spiral bevel gear design when “Non-Zero” modification is adopted.This type of Oerlikon gear has the ability to resist wearing, some properties are obtained in the design. It is an application of “non-zero” modification method.
