摘要
针对顾客抱怨气室支架失效问题。首先对返回的气室支架失效件进行了归类分析,其次运用统计技术科学地将气室支架失效按故障阶段等分析,为明确气室支架失效整改提供了正确决策的依据。最终达到提高了产品的可靠性,进一步保证了产品质量,提高了顾客满意。
just to solve the customer claim about brake chamber failure. Firstly range the failed bracket that rejected, then analyze according to failure step by using statistical techniques, provide basic & support of correction decision of improvement of brake chamber bracket. Finally improve the reliability, product quality and also customer satisfaction.
