摘要
为了研究明矾石高温热分解过程的宏观动力学,采用碱液吸收法实测了几种工艺条件下的明矾石热分解过程的XA~t曲线,并建立了该过程的数学模型。研究证明热分解过程可分为两个阶段,前期可用缩芯模型描述,后期则以一级反应模型描述。
In this paper,the macrokinetics for the process of the thermolysis of alunite is studied.With the method of lye absorbing, the X A~t curve of this process on some process conditions is measured and mathematic model for the process is established.It is shown that the rate process of thermolysis can be divided into two steps with the first step described by shrinking core model and the second step by one order reaction model.
