摘要
以半桥式逆变焊机为例,研制了以80C552单片机为核心的控制系统,介绍了该控制系统的控制原理及硬、软件的组成.经过实验研究表明:采用该系统控制自行研制的ZX7-500IGBT焊机,焊接参数稳定,电流控制精度为2A,并具有恒流带外拖静特性和动特性响应速度快的特点.
Taking a half bridge inverter power source for example, a controlling system is developed using 80C552 single chip computer as its core unit. The controlling principle and configuration of both hardware and software are introduced. It is shown through experimental study that a steady welding parameter is achieved when the controlling system is used to control the ZX7 500 IGBT welder developed by the authors. The controlling accuracy for current is 2 A.This controlling system has a external characteristic of constant current with decent output, and has high responding speed in dynamic characteristics.
