摘要
上消化道是指屈氏韧带以上的消化道,上消化道出血是上消化道疾病的严重并发症,尤其是上消化道大出血,主要表现为呕血、便血和不同程度的周围循环衰竭,如处理不当可危及生命.临床护理在治疗过程中具有重要作用,做好护理工作,是促进疾病好转、延长出血周期、减少出血次数的重要措施之一.
