摘要
从分析绝热反应器的热稳定性着手,给出了包括着火温度曲线及熄火温度曲线在内的三段间接换热式催化反应器的操作状况图.操作状况图中的操作线、平衡曲线、最佳温度曲线具有“定态”的特性,而着火温度曲线、熄火温度曲线具有“动态”的特性.并存在着着火温度曲线组、熄火温度曲线组.该图适用于常见的多段间接换热式催化反应器.利用这种状况图可以分析整个反应器的热稳定性.
This paper analyzes the thermal stability of adiabatic reactor and then draws out the ignition temperature curve and the extinction temperature curve in the operation state graph of three stages indirect heat transfer type catalytic reactor.The operation lines,equilibrium curve and optimization temperature curve are 'steady state ',but the ignition temperature curve and extinction temperature curve are 'dynamics'.There are a set of ignition temperature curveand extinction temperture curve in the operation state graph.It is possible ,therefor,to know the thermal stability of reactor from this operation state graph.This woulol be very useful for the operation of such multiple stage reactor.
