摘要
随着经济全球化趋势的不断发展,传统的企业与企业之间的竞争正在逐渐演变为以核心企业为主导的产业链与产业链之间的竞争,产业链中围绕核心企业起连接上下游企业作用的工业物流服务企业发挥着至关重要的作用。现代工业物流与制造业的关系越来越密切,工业物流服务是产品价值重要的组成部分与产品差异化主要的来源。为谋求进一步发展,现代工业物流企业应实施价值链物流战略,通过价值链分解,基于供应商管理能力、客户化的项目管理结构与信息整合能力,为生产制造企业提供综合解决方案。
With the development of economic globalization,the traditional competition between enterprises has gradually changed into the competition between industrial chains dominated by core enterprises,and the industrial logistic service enterprises,centering on core enterprises and linking the upstream and downstream corporations,play a crucial role in the competition.The relationship between modern industrial logistics and manufacturing industry has become closer and closer,and the industrial logistic service is an important constituent of the value of the product and the primary source of product differentiation.To promote the further development,modern industrial logistic enterprises should implement the value chain logistic strategy,and provide an integrated solution for production-manufacturing enterprises based on value-chain disintegration,the capacity for supplier management,the structure of customized project management and the capacity for information integration.
