妊娠期甲状腺功能检测指标参考区间的初步探讨 被引量：25

摘要 妊娠期母体激素与代谢的变化将导致甲状腺功能的一系列变化，如使用非孕人群的参考值范围可能会造成妊娠期甲状腺疾病的误诊和漏诊。因此，国内外学者相继建立了正常妊娠妇女甲状腺激素的参考范围，作为判断妊娠期甲状腺功能的依据。然而，目前的参考范围大多针对不同孕周的不同人群。为更科学、准确地评估妊娠期甲状腺功能，本研究引入了“自身纵向”的概念，即对正常孕妇跟踪随访，采用多点采血、
