摘要
我国目前护理人力总量严重不足已成为一个不争的事实。基于公众卫生医疗保健需求总量的急速提升,护理事业发展的滞后性不断凸显。通过对卫生人力资源尤其是护理人力总量的现状分析,从医院这一微观的角度,进一步揭示当前护士短缺的深层原因,包括"内部缺编"、离职倾向、同工不同酬、护士外流、医院利益索求5个方面。
At present the nurse shortage is prevalence around the country,and the development of nursing profession lags behind the quick increase of the health service demand.This article analyzes the reasons of nurse shortage from the hospital angle,those were:inner job vacancy,turnover intention,same work different pay,outflow of nurses and hospital profit demand.
