摘要
以胶态二氧化硅为载体,采用熔融法制备了马洛替酯无晶化物,经DTA热分析与Xray衍射实验证明,马洛替酯以无晶化形式存在于载体.不同粒度的马洛替酯及其无晶化物的溶出度测定结果表明。
The amorphous matter of malotilate was prepared by a melting method with colloidal silica as the carrier,the mathods of DTA thermal analysis and X ray diffraction showed that malotilate as amorphous existed in the carrier.The result of the dissolution rate test showed that the dissolution rate of the amorphous matter was improved notably compared with different grains of malotilate.
