摘要
对高科技企业研究型团队绩效的研究在理论和实践中都有重要意义。通过问卷调查多家高科技企业的研究型团队,从网络结构、领导角度研究创新绩效的影响因素。研究表明变革型领导有利于团队内部形成强的网络结构,而网络结构通过团队氛围的中介作用对创新绩效产生影响。这启发领导者,要不断塑造自身变革型领导风格,更要注重促进团队形成强的网络结构,通过营造一种创新性的团队氛围,最终提高创新绩效。
Research on the perfomance of RD teams in high-tech enterprises is of great importance in both practice and theory.Through investigating the RD teams in several high-tech enterprises,we try to find out the key factors affecting creativty performance from the perspective of network structure and the leadership of the team.The result tells that the network structure of the team plays an important part in the improvement of creativity performance through the mediation of team atomosphere,while the transformation leadership is a key factor in the forming of the network structure.Thus,the leaders should try to pay more attention to promote the forming of the strong network structure,which can result in a creativity atomosphere and at last improve the creativity performance of the team.
