摘要 纳米二氧化钛作为一种新型的高性能材料,已受到了国内外研究人员的关注,并广泛应用于催化剂、半导体、传感材料、电子陶瓷等领域。主要介绍了近年来国内外纳米二氧化钛制备工艺的研究状况,根据反应体系的物理形态将制备工艺分成气相法、液相法、固相法分别进行阐述,在此基础上分析比较了不同制备工艺的优缺点,并对其发展前景进行了展望。 As a new high-performance material,nano-sized titanium dioxide(TiO2) have attracted attentions of scholars at home and abroad.It was widely used in many fields including catalyst,semiconductor,sensitive elements,and electronoic ceramics etc..Recent progress in nano-TiO2 preparation at home and abroad was mainly reviewed.The preparation processes were divided into gas phase method,liquid phase method,and solid phase method according to the physical aspect of reaction system.Advantages and disadvantages of each process were analyzed and compared based on the former category.Then,development prospect of nano-TiO2 preparation process was made.
