摘要
吴有性的"杂气论"和中医的"天人合一"哲学观点是提出内疫病机概念的文献依据;现代医学中与肿瘤发病相关基因的发现、与自身免疫病相关的自身抗体的发现,以及这两类疾病的发病机制是提出内疫病机概念的临床依据。内疫病机认为,人体自身有杂气,健康人体杂气受正气制约,正气一旦亏虚,则可能对杂气失于控制,杂气变逆,甚而作疫,导致疾病。针对内疫病机提出促邪归正治疗原则,即扶正与攻毒并施,促使内生的疫气重新归顺正气,为正气制约,与诱导疗法暗合。
Sundry - qi theory established by WU You - xing who was a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and the philosophical view that the nature and man are whole are the documentary basement for inner - pestilence pathogenesis theory, meanwhile, knowledge of genes related with cancer and auto - antibodies related with autoimmune diseases, as well as the pathogenesis of the two kinds of diseases constitutes the clinical basement. According to inner - pestilence theory, sundry - qi is governed by vital - qi in healthy bodies. Once vital - qi become weak it may have no enough strength to govern, then sundry - qi may go against vital - qi and result into pestilence within bodies. To make the evil return to the right is the treatment principle to diseases induced by inner pestilence pathogenesis, applying methods to reinforce body resistance and counteract toxic substances together so as to urge endogenous pestilence - qi be governed by vital qi again. The treatment idea is consistent to induction therapy in modern medicine science.
