摘要
本文建立了一个基于BOM表关系的两供应商-单制造商供应链模型,在需求服从正态分布和给定服务水平约束条件下,决策制造商分别向两供应商的订货提前期和订货批量,使得供应链成本最优。文章通过模型分析得出所建立的模型是一个凸规划问题,存在唯一的最优解,并且给出了模型的求解算法,最后通过一个算例说明了模型和算法的有效性。
This paper research a two vendor-one buyer supply chain model based on the BOM.Under the condition that the lead-time and order quantity are both treated as variables,the system is subjected to service level constraints.It can be proved that the proposed model is a convex programming problem and there is only one optimal solution,and the solution algorithm is also given.Finally,the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm provided in this paper is validated with a numerical example.
