摘要
从评判的角度而言,法眼和新闻眼对待公共典型事件的价值和立场是不一样的,自然而然,二者得出的结论也不尽相同。究其因,是法眼与新闻眼二者本质属性的区别所致。文章通过分析2009年著名的两大公共事件中的法眼、新闻眼,推导出这样的结论:法眼的基本属性是理性、保守和价值一元化的,而新闻眼则更倾向于感性、前卫和价值多元化。正是由于本质的不同,对于公共典型事件,法眼、新闻眼二者无须融合为一体,应各司其职,各归其眼。
From the judge＇s view,the treatment of the news eye and law eye to the value of a typical incident and position is not the same,naturally,both conclusions are also different.The reasons are as is law and news both eyes due to the difference between the essential attribute.By analyzing the news＇s eye and law＇s eye among 2009 two well-known public events,it derived this conclusion： law-eye＇s basic attributes are rational,conservative and value of unified,while the news eye are more inclined to sensual eyes,avant-garde and diversity of the value.it is precisely because the nature of the different typical for public events,the two eyes of law and news no need integrate as a whole,should carry out their duties and eyes each.
