摘要
根据现代汽车技术发展和北京汽车产业对汽车专业人才的需要,应构建以培养工程技术集成能力为主导的车辆工程专业人才培养体系;采用任务导向型教学法,引导学生在解决工程实际问题的过程中掌握专业知识,培养学生解决工程实践问题的能力;通过开辟专门的学生创新实践制作研究室,工程实践创新活动从一年级就开始,使工程实践创新活动贯穿本科教育的全过程,提高学生学习兴趣,有效地培养学生工程实践素质和创新能力。
According the demands for Automobile Engineering majors by the technological development of modem automobiles and automobile industry in Beijing, the present author proposes a talent training system of automobile engineering that mainly cultivates students'integration ability of engineering technology, and that can help students grasp professional knowledge in solving practical engineering problems and thereby cultivate students' ability to solve practical engineering problems by adopting the task -oriented teaching method. Through setting up research workshops with the purpose of improving students' innovative practical ability, innovative activities of engineering practice can begin from the first university year, and continue in the whole process of undergraduate education, so that students can have more interest and their engineering practice quality and innovative ability can be improved.
