In-vehicle CAN Data Acquisition System for HEV Based on Virtual Instrument

摘要 基于Labview和CompactRIO平台开发了一套混合动力汽车CAN接口车载数据采集系统,该系统通过CAN网络可采集不同工况下的动态参数。介绍了混合动力系统结构、CAN网络结构、虚拟仪器及采集系统构架。通过整车转毂试验对该数据采集系统进行了试验验证,结果表明,该系统采集的数据完全符合实际运行工况,可满足混合动力汽车车载数据采集的实时性和可靠性要求。 A set of CAN data acquisition system for HEV based on Labview and CompactRIO is developed,which can acquire dynamic parameters under different operating conditions through CAN network.Configuration of the hybrid system,CAN network configuration,virtual instrument as well as configuration of the acquisition system are introduced in the paper.The data acquisition system is tested and validated by the vehicle rotary drum test.The results show that data acquired by this system fully complies with real operating conditions,can satisfy real-time and reliability requirement for in-vehicle data acquisition for HEV.
