摘要
高职院校教师科研能力评价指标体系的构建应坚持系统性、科学性、特征性、可行性和实效性的基本原则,并能够体现评价、描述和预测的基本功能,因此,高职院校教师科研能力评价指标体系应包括基本能力、实践能力、创新能力3个一级指标,以及7个二级指标和14个三级指标。
The construction of evaluation index system for scientific research abilities of higher vocational school teachers should persist in the principles of systematization,scientificity,characteristics,feasibility and effectiveness,and manifest the basic functions of evaluation,description and forecasting.Therefore,the evaluation index system for scientific research abilities of higher vocational school teachers should include three indicators of the first level of basic abilities,practice abilities and innovative abilities,seven indicators of the second level and fourteen indicators of the third level.
