摘要
目的:建立猪肝脏中盐酸氯丙嗪残留的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分析方法。方法:样品经酸性乙腈提取,过活化后的碱性氧化铝柱,浓缩混匀后,用高效液相色谱法测定。结果:盐酸氯丙嗪标准曲线在0.2μg/ml~1.5μg/ml浓度范围线性良好,线性相关系数(r)为0.9998;回收率在93.6%~113.3%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于7%(n=6);检测限为0.1 mg/kg,定量限为0.3 mg/kg。结论:本方法快速、准确,具有较低的检出限,较好的回收率和精密度,符合分析测定的要求,可用于动物性样品中盐酸氯丙嗪的检测。
Objective:A sensitive HPLC method was developed for the rapid determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride residue in pig liver.Methods: Samples were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up on an activated solid phase extraction column filled with alkaline alumina.The chlorpromazine hydeochloride was detected by HPLC after the procedure of being concentration and mixed.Results: In the of 0.2 μg/ml~1.5 μg/ml the standard curves for chlorpromazine hydrochloride were in good linearity and the correlation coefficients(r) were 0.9998.The recoveries were 93.6%~113.3 % and the relative standard deviation(RSD) were less than 7%(n=6).Conclusion: It is a rapid,accurate,precise,low-limit and hight-recovery method for the trace analysis of the chlorpromazine hydrochloride in pig liver.
