摘要
目的:分析白银市10年来细菌性食物中毒病原菌菌谱,探讨食物中毒原因,分析发生规律和特征,更好地为疾病防控工作提供技术支持。方法:对白银市2000年-2009年间细菌性食物中毒实验室确诊检测样品及结果进行分析。结果:2000年-2009年发生细菌性食物中毒26起,以金黄色葡萄球菌为主,占26.93%,变形杆菌占11.54%、志贺氏痢疾杆菌占11.54%、沙门菌7.69%、蜡样芽孢杆菌占3.85%。细菌性食物中毒主要发生在第2、3季度,分别占46.15%和34.62%。结论:我市细菌性食物中毒以金黄色葡萄球菌检出率最高,其他依次是变形杆菌、痢疾杆菌、沙门菌等;细菌性食物中毒全年均有发生,但夏秋季是多发季节;中毒的食品主要是肉类食品。
Objective:City of Baiyin nearly 10 years of bacterial food poisoning pathogen bacterium,causes of food poisoning,to analyze the occurrence and characteristics,and better disease prevention and control work for the city to provide technical support.Methods: City of Baiyin between 2000-2009,bacterial food poisoning occurred in laboratory-confirmed test samples and results were analyzed retrospectively.Results: 2000-2009,26 cases of bacterial food poisoning,Staphylococcus aureus,accounting for 26.93%,accounting for 11.54% of Proteus mirabilis,Shigella dysenteriae accounted for 11.54%,7.69% Salmonella,Bacillus cereus 3.85%.Bacterial food poisoning occurred mainly in the first 2,3-quarter,accounting for 46.15% and 34.62%.Conclusion: The city of bacterial food poisoning,Staphylococcus aureus was detected in the highest,followed by a Proteus,Shigella,Salmonella,etc.bacterial food poisoning have occurred throughout the year,but summer and autumn is the season over;poisoning food is mainly meat.
