摘要
目的研究壳聚糖-水杨酸与壳聚糖银的合成方法及对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌作用。方法用稀释法和凹环法对烧伤常见的病原菌进行抑菌实验。结果壳聚糖银表现出较好的抑菌效果,而壳聚糖-水杨酸抑菌效果次之。结论能为壳聚糖衍生物在临床烧伤感染用药提供科学依据。
Objective To develope a synthesis method of salicylic chitosan and silver chitosan,then to study their bacteriostasis to staphylococcus aureus （ S . aureus） and pseudomonas aeruginosa （ P. aeruginosa） . Methods Dilution and concavering was used to study the bacteriostasis to some ordinary bacteria which cause infection in burn. Results Salicylic chitosan showed better bacteriostatic effect than salicylic chitosan. Conclusion The study can provide scientific basis for chitosan derivates is used in clinical application.
