摘要
通过单轴拉伸试验、撕裂试验、双轴拉伸试验以及徐变试验,对膨体聚四氟乙烯纤维(ePT-FE)膜材进行了力学性能试验研究,得到了不同温度下ePTFE膜材的抗拉强度、焊接强度、撕裂强度、双轴拉伸弹性模量、泊松比、徐变延伸率.结果表明:ePTFE膜材经纬两向强度基本相同,经向延伸率大于纬向延伸率;60℃时抗拉强度约为20℃时的60%,焊接后经向抗拉强度下降不大,但纬向焊接强度约下降20%;撕裂强度高于其他织物类膜材,双轴弹性模量较小;经向徐变延伸率大于纬向徐变延伸率,徐变缓慢.
The mechanical properties of expanded polytetrafluorethylene(ePTFE) architectural fabric was experimentally studied. Uniaxial tensile test, tensile test of fabric after welding, tear test, biaxial tensile test and creep test were carried out. The tensile strength and the strain at break at room temperature and higher temperature, the tensile strength after welding, the tear strength, the elastic modulus and poison's ratio in both warp and fill directions, the creep strain at different temperatures were determined. The experimental results show that the tensile strengths in both warp and fill directions are almost the same while the strain at break in warp direction is larger than that in fill direction; the tensile strength at temperature 60 ℃ is about 60% of that at temperature 20 ℃, the tensile strenth in warp direction decreases little but the tensile strength in fill direction decreases by 80% when the ePTFE fabric is welded; the tear strength of ePTFE fabric is larger than that of other fabric but the biaxial elastic modulus of ePTFE fabric is lower compared with other fabric; the creep strain in warp direction is larger than that in fill direction, but both are small.
