摘要
45Cr4NiMoV钢是一种新型的大型支承辊材料。在热力模拟试验机Gleeble-1500D上,对45Cr4NiMoV钢进行不同温度下的压缩试验。并以试验数据为基础,通过线性回归分析,得到45Cr4NiMoV钢的形变热塑性激活能及相应的数学模型。分析了变形温度和应变速率对45Cr4NiMoV钢的热变形影响,发现高温低速率有利于动态软化的发生。研究结果为该材料大型支承辊的锻造加工提供科学依据,并为进一步的研究该材料在热变形领域的应用奠定基础。
45Cr4NiMoV steel is a new-type material used for heavy supporting roller.The compression experiments were conducted at different temperatures by Gleeble-1500D thermal-mechanical simulative tester,and based on experimental data,the thermoplastic deformation activation energy and the corresponding mathematical model were obtained through linear regression analysis.The influence of deformation temperature and strain rate on the thermal deformation of 45Cr4NiMoV steel were analyzed,and it was found that dynamic softening occurred easily at high temperature and low strain rate.Study results provide scientific evidences for forging process of heavy supporting roller made of 45Cr4NiMoV steel,and lay foundations for the further study of application of the material in thermal deformation.
