摘要
运用文献资料调研、头脑风暴和特尔斐法构建出包含6个二级指标和23个三级指标的基层田径教练员绩效考评指标体系,实现了田径教练员成绩衡量和动因衡量的平衡、短期成绩与长期发展的平衡;运用层次分析法确定了各个指标的权重;通过专家评判认为其效度满足后续研究需要。构建了田径教练员绩效的二级模糊数学综合评价模型,使田径教练员劳动成果和劳动过程的分层绩效实现准确量化,在一定程度上弥补了传统考评方式直线型上级考评的不足;绩效考评的多方考评主体的组件使得对田径教练员的绩效考评结果更加客观、全面和可靠,有利于科学田径训练团队的建设。
The performance appraise system of grass root athletics coaches in China is studied by using the method of literature review,brainstorming and Delphi.This system consists of 6 for 2-class factors and 23 for 3-class factors,gets the balance between performance and motivation,short-term performance and long-term development,confirms the weightiness of every factor,the validity and reliability,and provides evidence for the study in future.The appraise model is built up by blur math theory,and the shortage of traditional appraise method is made up.It is helpful to make team building of athletics.
