气相色谱-离子阱串联质谱对烟草中有机磷农药残留分析条件的研究

摘要 运用气相色谱-离子阱串联质谱对烟草中20种有机磷农药残留分析条件进行研究,并分别通过全扫描、单极质谱选择离子(SIM)和二级质谱(MS/MS)3种模式比较其效果.结果显示,全扫描模式不能将20种有机磷农药的峰完全分离,而MS/MS和SIM模式在定性、定量上各具优势,因此在做样品分析时可同时通过两者进行检测,以达到最佳分析条件. Analytical conditions of organophosphorous pesticide residues in tobacco are studied by ion-trap GC/MS/MS. Organophosphorous pesticide residues are separately detected by full scan mode, selected ion mode(SIM) and MS/MS mode. The results show that twenty peaks of organ- ophosphorous pesticides could not be separated completely in full scan mode. However, SIM and MS/MS mode have their own respective advantage on qualification and quantification, thus samples could be analyzed by both at the same time in order to achieve the best analytical conditions.
