高校辅导员职业倦怠现状的调查 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨高校辅导员的职业倦怠情况。方法采用职业倦怠量表,对浙江省6所高校的200名辅导员进行调查。结果①职业倦怠3个因子得分均低于平均分(情绪衰竭2.23±0.78,玩世不恭2.06±0.67,成就感低落2.44±0.66,-x=3);②情绪衰竭因子得分在各变量不同水平间均不存在显著差异;③玩世不恭因子得分在年龄(F=6.304,P<0.01)、工作年限(F=6.841,P<0.01)、学历(F=9.427,P<0.01)、职称(F=3.730,P<0.01)、婚姻状况(t=2.304,P<0.05)、工资(t=3.424,P<0.05)不同水平上差异显著;④成就感低落因子得分在工作年限(F=6.194,P<0.01)、职称(F=3.871,P<0.01)、工资水平(F=8.950,P<0.01)和婚姻状况(t=2.632,P<0.05)各水平间差异显著;⑤职业倦怠3因子得分在性别间均不存在差异。结论高校辅导员总体职业倦怠程度不严重;年龄、学历、工作年限、职称、收入、婚姻状况等对辅导员职业倦怠存在一定影响。 Objective To explore the status of counselor's job burnout.Methods A total of 200 counselors from 6 colleges and universities were surveryed by MBI-GS.Results ①The scores of three factors were all below average(emotional exhaustion 2.23±0.78,cynicism 2.06±0.67,low individual sense 2.44±0.66,x-=3).②Emotional exhaustion had no significant differences among all variable levels(P〉0.05).③There were significant differences in cynicism among different ages(F=6.304,P〈0.01),work experience(F=6.841,P〈0.01),degrees(F=9.427,P〈0.01),job titles(F=3.730,P〈0.01),marital status(t=2.304,P〈0.05)and income(P〈0.05).④There were significant differences in low individual sense among different work experience(F=6.194,P〈0.01),job titles(F=3.871,P〈0.01),income(F=8.950,P〈0.01) and marital status(t=2.632,P〈0.05).⑤There were no significant differences in all factors between the sexes.Conclusion The degree of job burnout of counselors in university is not so high.Age,degree,work experience,job title,income and marital status exert influences on the counselor's job burnout to some extent.
