摘要
采用问卷形式调查延边地区358名医生,发现不同性别、年龄、职称和专业的医生发生医疗纠纷的情况有差异。无论是否经历过医疗纠纷,医生在医患关系性质、重要性和医患冲突主要原因、调整措施、解决途径等方面认知无差异,而在医患关系发展趋势和医患冲突责任主体方面认知有差异性。通过减少医疗纠纷对医生的医患关系认知的影响,可以构建和谐的医患关系。
With questionnaire we surveyed 358 doctors in Yanbian. There were significant differences with different gender, age, title and professional experience of doctors in medical disputes rate. There were no significant recognition diversity on the character and importance of doctor--patient relationship, and the main reason, measure and solution pathway of medical disputes. There were significant recognition diversity on the doctor--patient relationship' development tendency and f the medical disputes' main responsibility. Medical disputes would be prevented through reducing the influence on cognition of doctors of medical disputes, and setting up the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
