摘要
在pH7.90的Britton-Robinson缓冲介质中,替米沙坦与偶氮胂Ⅰ染料反应,形成离子缔合物,溶液颜色发生明显改变,最大吸收波长在558nm,从而建立测定替米沙坦的分光光度法。在最大波长558nm处,替米沙坦浓度在0—2.25×10^(-5)mol/L时遵守比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为3.14×10~4L/(mol·cm),检出限为5.93×10^(-7)mol/L。本法操作简便,体系稳定,灵敏度较高,选择性较好,用于临床用药和合成样中替米沙坦含量的测定,结果满意。
In Britton-Robinson of pH 7. 90 buffer medium,telmisartan reacts with arsenazo I to form an ion-association complex, the colours of solutions change obviously, the maximum absorbable wavelength is at 558nm, a sensitive spectrophotometric method is developed for determination of telmisartan. The concentration of telmisartan in the range of 0-2.25 × 10-5mol/I. obeys Beer's law at the maximum absorbable Wavelength,the apparent molar absorptivity is 3.14 × 10 4L/(mol · cm) , the detection limit is 5.93 × 10-7mol/L. The method has high sensitivity and fairly good selectivity, the method is applied to the determination of telmisartan in medicine sample and different mixture sample, with satisfactory results.
