摘要
根据科学基金立项评审中处理语言评价信息的实际需要,提出二维语言评价信息的集结问题,并基于主观证据推理理论设计了相应的解决方法。首先通过问卷调查将科学基金立项评审中的二维语言评价信息定量表示;然后针对二维语言评价信息的特点设计了集结算子,并提供了相应的项目择优与排序规则;最后用科学基金评审中的实际数据进行仿真评审,检验了模型的有效性。
According to actual needs for processing linguistic information in scientific fund project selection,this paper presents the problem of aggregating 2-dimension linguistic assessment information and the solution.Firstly,the 2-dimension linguistic assessment information in scientific fund project assessment is quantified through questionnaire.Secondly,a new integration operator for 2-dimension linguistic assessment information is suggested.Then the rule for comparing and ranking projects is also proposed.Finally,the method's effectiveness is tested by simulating the process of assessing scientific fund projects with actual data.
