摘要
利用化学镀方法在碳纳米管表面包覆磁性金属镍-钴合金,得到一维纳米复合材料。研究表明,反应温度和溶液PH值对镀层质量有较大影响。退火处理将大大改善包覆层质量。磁学性质的测量表明,矫顽力较之块状合金有大的增加,可望在高密度磁记录材料中得到应用。
A method to prepare one dimensional nanoscale composite based on coating of carbon nanotube with magnetic Ni Co alloy by electroless plating is proposed. The reaction temperature and PH values, as well as heat treatment were found to be critical for getting better coating . It is shown that the magnetic coercivity of the nickel cobalt coated carbon nanotube is much higher than the values of the bulk nickel cobalt alloy, which might be useful for high density magnetic recording.
