家族企业交接班博弈分析 被引量:1

摘要 家族企业交接班过程是在位者和接班人的博弈过程。本文通过分析在位者和接班人在交接班中行动策略和个人经济收益、家族感情收益、交接班满足感收益,建立起动态博弈模型,得出以下结论:培养接班人能力有利于促进交接班顺利进行;家族企业倾向于选择有血缘关系的接班人,"子承父业"是首选传承模式;明确在位者退位后的生活保障与制定传承计划是减少传承冲突、平稳交接班的重要手段。
