摘要
以常规方法制备鄱阳湖中华鳖的染色体标本,分析其核型。其核型公式为2n=66=4M+8Sm+16T+38mc,NF=78。用胰酶法制备染色体G-带,绘制了G带模式图。采用了稍加修改的Foresti方法研究鄱阳湖中华鳖染色体的Ag-NORs核型,其Ag-NORs数目主要为2个,多态性主要表现为银染粒的大小和染色的深浅,数目的多态不显著。比较鄱阳湖中华鳖和其它一些已研究过的龟鳖类动物的银染核型,绝大多数种类的Ag-NORs数为2,这说明龟鳖类动物rDNA非常保守,该类动物的演化过程较为缓慢。
The chromosome preparation of turtle,Trionyx s.sinensis from Poyang Lake was made by the normal air-dried method.The karyotype of the turtle is 2n=66=4M+8Sm+16T+38mc,NF=78.The G-banding of chromosomes were made by the trypsinase method,and the schema chart of it was mapped out.The Ag-NORs was studied with the improved Foresti method.The number of Ag-NORs is 2 in its chromosome.Results indicate that the rDNA is very conservative,and the evolution process of this animal was slowness.
