摘要
利用熔融反应挤出的方法制备聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH),研究了配方组成及加工工艺对接枝聚丙烯性能的影响,通过优化配方和工艺制备了一种高接枝率、低残留率的PP-g-MAH。并通过DSC研究了接枝聚丙烯的熔点和结晶度变化,同时研究了PP-g-MAH对聚丙烯热熔胶黏结性能的影响。结果表明:PP-g-MAH可以显著提高聚丙烯热熔胶的黏结性能。
Maleic anhydride grafted to polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) was prepared by melting reaction in a twin-screw extruder. The effects of formulation and processing conditions on the properties of grafted PP were studied. A kind of high grafting ratio and low remaining-ratio PP-g-MAH was prepared by optimizing the formulation and improving the processing conditions. The melting point and crystallinity of the PP-g-MAH were also analyzed by DSC. At the same time, the application of PP-g-MAH in polypropylene thermosol was researched. The results show that: PP-g-MAH can significantly improve the adhesion properties of polypropylene thermosoh.
