丹参注射液联合自体骨软骨移植术修复关节软骨缺损的临床观察

摘要 目的探讨丹参注射液联合自体骨软骨移植治疗关节软骨缺损的疗效。方法选择关节软骨缺损患者26例,采用自体骨软骨移植术联合丹参注射液对关节软骨缺损进行修复。结果 26例患者术后行MRI检查原软骨缺损区软骨表面光滑,移植物位置良好;美国特种医院膝关节评分及Brittberg-Peterson功能评分均较好。结论丹参注射液联合自体骨软骨移植术对修复关节软骨缺损疗效满意,而且也比较安全。
